Accommodation

The 60th IEEE International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems held on the campus of Tufts University in Medford, MA, located approximately 5 miles north of Boston, MA.

Tufts University Dormitory Rooms

Participants may elect to stay on the Tufts Univeristy campus in dormitory rooms either single or double occupancy at a special conference rates.

Room accommodations are furnished with twin beds, bureaus, desks, chairs, a closet and provide air-conditioned rooms, on request and based on availability. We also supply each room with linens, pillows, blankets, towels, soap and a guest guide for answers to any questions about Tufts facilities and services. In most of our residential halls, lockable shared bathrooms are located along the hallway.

Hotel Accommodation

The official conference hotel is the Hyatt Place, 116 Riverside Ave, Medford, MA 02155. The conference rate is $190/night. Please use Group code G-MSCS when making a reservation. To receive the special conference rate at the Hyatt Hotel, reservation must be made before July 6. There are a large number of hotels in the area offering various nightly rates, some as low as $79/night, that can also accommodate MWSCAS 2017 participants. Participants should check various hotel booking sites such as priceline.com, hotels.com, kayak.com, trivago.com, hotwire.com, orbitz.com, booking.com, travelocity.com and/or similar sites.
